Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rio Resort. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our resort services, accommodations, website, and facilities. By making a reservation, staying at the resort, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

All bookings are subject to availability.

A valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card are required at check-in.

The person making the booking must be 18 years or older.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a booking has been confirmed

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: [Time – 12:00 PM]

Check-out: [Time – 11:00 AM]

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Outstanding balances must be paid in full before checkout.

Guest Conduct

Treat staff, other guests, and resort property with respect.

Abide by resort rules posted in public areas and rooms.

Refrain from illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these rules, without refund.

Use of Facilities

Use of amenities (pool, spa, gym, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Facility hours and availability may vary and may be closed for maintenance or events.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to resort property.

Rio Resort is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Injuries or accidents occurring on resort premises unless due to proven negligence.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Alcohol may not be brought from outside unless approved by management.

Intoxicated or disorderly behavior may result in removal without refund.

Pets Policy

Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises of Rio Resort, including rooms, common areas, dining spaces, gardens, and parking areas.

Guests arriving with pets will be denied check-in, and no refund will be issued for any deposit or booking fee paid.

Force Majeure

Rio Resort is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions, etc.).

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Uttarakhand Responsible Regulatory Body: Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB), and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
